As the Irish Government takes Britain back to the ECHR in order to ask that the Court revise its judgement in the case of the ‘hooded men’ in 1971 and with the continued incarceration of the ‘Craigavaon Two’ a case for concern and one very close to the late Gerry Conlon, the panel will discuss the continued use of emergency legislation in post agreement ‘Northern Ireland’.
