The theme of this year’s March and week of events is discussed by speakers including Chair Diane Greer, Mary McManus Housing and welfare rights (Belfast), ‘Louie’ an arts and creative coordinator from North Glasgow who campaigned on behalf of the YES campaign in the recent Scottish referendum on Independence and Thomas Pringle TD who was elected to Dail Eireann for the constituency of Donegal South West as an Independent at the 2011 general election.

Also on the panel will be the Reverend Osagyefo Sekou from Ferguson USA. Reverend Sekou works with at risk youth in the state of Missouri. He has most recently been prominent in the campaign for justice on behalf of the family of Michael Brown, the unarmed black teenager shot dead by a white police officer in the town of Ferguson.
