Jews for Palestine – Ireland will mark Holocaust Memorial Day with a vigil at the Peace Garden, Foyle Street, Derry at 4.30pm on Saturday 27th January.

Launching the event the spokesperson for the group said

“On Holocaust Memorial Day we remember the dehumanisation and slaughter of 6 million Jews and 6 million others by the Nazis.  We say ‘Never Again’. We say never again means never again to anyone anywhere.

We stand shoulder to shoulder with our Palestinian sisters and brothers and say End the Genocide. Ceasefire Now. No to Occupation. No to Apartheid. No to Racism and dehumanisation. No to Islamophobia and Antisemitism.

None of us are free until all of us are free”
