Stephen Gargan interpreted Thomas Kinsella’s “A Butcher’s Dozen”.
Last year Bloody Sunday March Committee member, Stephen Gargan, arranged and edited several Derry voices to record a new version of Thomas Kinsella’s poem the “Butcher’s Dozen”. Sadly, Stephen died suddenly on the 27th November 2022. Justice was central to his being and the work continues and his contribution to it helps us all. In his memory and the memory of those who were murdered on Bloody Sunday the BSMC relaunches this striking work.
