“The whole truth has not come out yet.”
If there was a ‘Mastermind’ for journalists one of many of Eamonn’s chosen subjects could be ‘British Army Actions in Derry, 30th January 1972’ otherwise referred to as Bloody Sunday.
This is Eamonn at his incisive and charming best, delivering a devastating critique of the 2nd British Public Inquiry into the events of that day. The Inquiry cost £200m but few will give its report the scrutiny presented here just two weeks after its publication. In 2011 Eamonn McCann won Amnesty International’s human rights journalism award for his writing on the Bloody Sunday Inquiry.
Sit back and enjoy – “The whole truth has not come out yet.”
