A panel discussion exploring the experiences of three women in their quest for justice from the state for the murder of their loved one.
Speakers:
Kate Nash (Bloody Sunday massacre) will talk about the murder of her brother William, the wounding of her father Alexander and where now for justice for the victims of bloody Sunday.
Janet Donnelly nee Murphy (Ballymurphy massacre) will speak about the murder of her father Joseph, the recent exhumation of his body in pursuit of new evidence and where next for the campaign for the eleven people murdered by the Parachute regiment.
Shauna Moreland, the third panellist, will talk about the murder of her mother Caroline Moreland in 1994 by the IRA, under the direction British state agent, ‘Stakeknife’ / Freddie Scappaticci. Speaking recently about the role of the IRA and the British state in her mother’s murder Shauna Morelandsaid, “One made the bullet and one fired it,”
